My initial request was for a basement remodel due prior to water damage. When 5 Star came out and looked at my basement, they recommended that I first address exterior issues that were allowing water to get into the basement. That phase was completed in a very timely and professional manner. Customer service was "EXCELLENT". Scheduled appointments were met and the communication was great. I will be working with 5 Star on the actual basement remodel project in the near future.. I would highly recommend this contractor. The cost of the work done was reasonable and they definitely displayed expertise in providing suggestions and solutions
