Comment: I have a fully functioning, correctly installed in-floor radiant heating system. Apparently the plumbing contractor needed to pull a mechanical permit, which he is not licensed for. Thing is, the city never required us to pull a mechanical permit initally, so it's not really his fault. During final inspection, the plumbing inspector says "you need a mechanical permit for this." So, I JUST need a mech contractor to come, pull the permit, get paid for your time and trouble, and get it closed.
