Had a sewer back-up in my basement. He was here within the hour to do initial emergency clean-up. He left serveral large blower and a huge dehumidifier. Came back the next day with another worker and completed the clean-up and disposal. Back later to pick up blowers, etc. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
