Juan went well beyond what I originally ask him to do. Initially I ask him to place moss killer on my roof. I then ask him to repair decorative woodwork around a chimney which was banging in the wind. Jaun did both projects quickly, efficiently and correctly. His work was so good I ask him to wash the exterior windows of the house, half of which are second story. Jaun uses a ladder instead of a pole so he can "see that the windows are thoroughly clean". He even removed overspray from some windows that the painters left behind! Windows are cleaner than when the home was new! Highly recommended!

They arrived on time and did a great job. I was especially pleased that they not only cleaned and treated the roof but they pressure washed under the eves and decks. They did some minor gutter repair. They did a great job on cleaning up the mess.
