John was very knowledgable and supportive. The team arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

John was reliable. He offered a good value product. The carpet on the stairs was at the inside of the roll so there were "lines", perhaps they could be called, small roll lines that John assured me would come out. After a month, while they had improved, they had not disappeared. I was waiting to get back to you on his performance after I reported the problem. John was very conscientious, made an appointment to come the following week to check into it. He was able to take out most of the "lines" and said the rest should still smooth out over time. He then told me to contact him again if I was still not happy, making sure I was satisfie

My experience with JP carpet was very professional he kept appointment times and had everything prepared in advance the pricing was fair and the quality of the work was excellent I would definitely recommend him to anyone
