Thet explained everything that had to be done, and proceeded to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous and pleasant. Great job so far.

Major complaint is they quoted a price for "cleaning" the fireplace and flue only to learn this did not include cleaning built up material in the flue. They then quoted an additional price to clean this material. This should be explained when quoting the job.
