They are punctual and disciplined. We hired Guaranteed Surface Cleaning to clean 10 rugs in our home, rugs that hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years, including our childrens' playroom. They did an amazing job. I will definitely hire them again. PS: in reading some of the other reviews, customers need to be realistic about their expectations. John and Peter are thorough and professional carpet cleaners -- not magicians. Certain kinds of stains will never come out and it's simply time to buy a new rug. I can't recommend Guaranteed Surface Cleaning enough! Five Stars!"
