Tom came the same day I called and was extremely curteous and efficient. He had to order a part and he is doing the job this week. I have no doubt that it will be done successfully. I would highly recommend Renaissance Builders Group and I plan on using them in the future.

I asked Tom O'Connor to come take a look at our attic fan, but then a severe thunderstorm intervened and our main power line was ripped from our house. Tom was very concerned, made repeated calls to Con Edison and arrived at 6:45 one morning to make sure I didn't lose power through the process. As my daughter said, we actually found an "electrician who cares". He was outstanding through the whole process.
