I was extremely impressed. Very quick (30 mins) response to an emergency call (A/C out). Rapid diagnosis of the problem, gave me a complete explanation of the issues, and a fairly accurate estimate of cost. Repairs made quickly for close to the cost estimate. Very pleasant and professional personnel, gave advice on how to avoid future problems. Definitely my choice for future service needs.

I'm based in Hamden. We had issues with our central air. I called Service Magic at 7am, and was transfered to Air Inc., as requested. By 10am an Air Inc repair guy was onsite. Central Air was running 45minutes later. Quick and explained the issue clearly to me, I'd call them again.
