Very happy with them. After another LI contractor blew off my appointment, I contacted them and they have been super professional and thorough. One minor glitch, but they've since come back and worked on it and are monitoring the situation. A+ service!

Worldwide Security Systems was a very professional company. All the people I dealt with over the phone and in person were knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the installation and quality of the surveillance cameras, I am now hiring the company to come back this weekend to install cameras in my other house. I also like the fact I can view both homes from my IPhone.

Alarm was accidentally set off yesterday. I forgot the password when central monitoring called, so they sent the police promptly. I gave NYPD proper ID which proved I lived there and was who I said I was. One officer also remembered me (I used to work in their precinct as a civilian supervisor before I retired), so they were satisfied and left. The timing could have been better (It almost made me late for an appointment), but it was a good test of the alarm and the response of the company and police (great). I called the central monitoring office and straightened everything out. We will just make sure it doesn't happen again. It was inconvenient and embarrassing. No complaints, though. Company and police response were both excellent. False alarms are very undesireable, though. Company price was also very fair for our package. One small caveat. Minimum contract is 3 years, but this is only a minor quibble.
