Howard is the man. He was professional, easy to work with, and his workers delivered on our expecations for the work that we requested. Also as an added bonus because of his experience in working in our building in the past, he was able to tell us a little bit of history about the people that lived in our co-op before us. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Howard again, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to others.

Mike was fair and knew the job. He may not be the most patient but he gets the job done for the right price. He missed our appointment due to "an emergency" but he came the next day. He did the work as planned and at the price quoted. I am still waiting for the warranty certificate he claims comes with the roofing material. Now I'm waiting for the rain to test the job he did.

I hired HFM Builders, Inc. to complete a kitchen and bathroom renovation and from my first contact with Howard (company owner), I knew that the project would run smoothly. Howard was able to provide me with the documentation needed to get my Co-op board to approve the job in a timely manner, and once that was done, connected me with equally helpful and pleasant vendors of all of the materials I would need to get the job done. As someone completely new to the renovation process, I really appraciated all of the advice HFM offered to me. My contractor, Voldic, and his staff were professional, talented and a pleasure to work with.
