John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession. We recommend Newburgh Plumbing without reservation and are happy to know that there are still trades people who care about the work they do and want to provide high quality services for their customers.
