The guys from Sheltering Oak did an amazing job on my new deck, porch, and slab. They were extremely professional, and walked us through every step of the process. When we wanted to make two changes to our original contract they didn't bat an eye and got right on it. They left my yard spotless when they were done, without a hint of construction debris. The best part was the price they offered me. They were nearly $3K cheaper than every other company we spoke to, yet they didn't compromise on the materials used or the craftsmanship. We are so pleased with the work that they have done that we plan on using them for all our future projects.

Comment: Design plans for an upscale two tier deck design that will be brought before the planning commission and possibly the town council for the purpose of winning a variance when it is shown how poorly the current deck is built and how oddly it's shaped to the built line which in this case needs to be given a reasonable variance. As the rest of the yard it will be significantly improved to achieve fine Peach Tree City standards. HOA and neighbors will sign off and approve. We will show and explain why this is one of the worst decks both design wise and construction and not up to community standards from the first owner of the property. The new deck will require some degree of variance over the build like. But with the landscaping plan it will be a great improvement for the entire neighbor hood while maintaining privacy.
