HIred Carl to install a replacement window for me. Initially I was going to do this myself but when I received my new window (custom ordered from the big box home improvement store), I was confused and knew I needed someone with experience to do this. Admittedly, Carl was a little confused by the window himself, but he offered to go up to the store where we bought the window and discuss the installation with them (now THAT'S customer service!). He returned and just a few hours later our window was in and it looks great! I'll definitely keep Carl's card for the future.

Me and my wife hired Carl to repair wood support around my chimney That started to rot and some rot around my front window. I like the fact that he was prompt, we agreed on a price which included some work in the back on our French doors. He completed the chimney and the front window which he did beautifully, when I said lets inspect the back door he realized he forgot to do it, so off he went to quickly complete it, after he was done I paid him and let him go assuming that it was just as nice as the other work. The next morning me and my wife checked it and was very disappointed because it was obvious that he rushed, and left it sloppy.
