They provided several suggestions to try to improve my existing system and DID NOT try to sell me a new unit. Their approach of trying to maximaize my existing system and minimize my cost was amazing. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and the typical response is "you need a new system". Mike & Tim are a throw back and were here to help the consumer and I would rate them 5 Plus stars."

"Warren came to our rescue to fix a new gas cooktop that was installed by another contractor who messed up the installation so badly that it didn't work and they couldn't fix it. The other installer left us in an unsafe situation as they knew nothing about installing a gas cooktop for propane gas. Warren knew what he was doing as he asked first do you have natural gas or propane as the configuration is different. He then proceeded to get the burners working perfectly and in a safe manner.
