Comment: I have a "Florida room" that has a brick floor and is serviced with central air and heating. The problem is that I can not get this room comfortable without over heating the rest of the house and running the Heat Pump or gas furnance more than necessary. I have seen applications of coil heating that can be applied aver teh existing brick surface and then a ceramic tile or paver laid on took of that.

Comment: the house is an older house build in 1922. The foundation in a concrete slab. each level is approxiamtely 700 sq feet. I am looking to put in radiant floor heating, a tankless water heater and a light-weight concrete slab over the existing slab. The whole system will require new wiring as well. I am planning to prep the worksite by removing the old tile floor and the ceiling of the lower level to install the radiant heating tubes. I am deployed right now and won't be home until early february. So I can only communicate via email. Thanks Steve
