"Premier resurfaced our in-ground pool, replaced the diving board and did a fabulous job. We also used them to re-do the decking around the pool, for which they used a subcontractor (which we agreed to in advance). Unfortunately, the subcontractor did a terrible job on the stamped concrete deck. They left our yard a mess and the job unfinished. HOWEVER, Premier stood behind their contract 100%. They contacted another decking company, had the decking completely re-done, upgraded and as an extra bonus, resurfaced our drive where the original sub had spilled concrete. Premier worked with us all summer to ensure the job was done right, to our satisfaction. While it took considerably longer than anticipated, Premier went above and beyond to help and stayed with us throughout. Amy was wonderful (although I believe she's since left the company). I only hope they hire a replacement who will be as conscientious as she was. Premier has a customer for life, if I ever need additional repairs or work done on our poo."
