"This review is actually based on 2 different jobs they did at my house. First was a little over a year ago I reached out to SRS Exteriors for a quote and Andrew got me in touch with one of his installers Mo. Mo came out to the house and reviewed my gutter and downspout situation and told me that I needed to replace the downspouts since they were cracked and bad shape since I just had moved into my house. The price that Mo quoted me was very competitive and I decided to go with SRS because of how thorough Mo was in explaining everything and had a clear timeline when the job would be done. After the job was done, I was extremely happy with the work and a year later, I ended up reaching out to them again as one gutter needed to be placed. Again, Mo came out to the house very quickly, provided me with a reasonable quote and the job was done in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with the work that SRS Exteriors provided. I will continue to use SRS Exteriors for more than gutter work since they specialize in other areas if any issues come up. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! "I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy.
