Proble was addressed and corrrected by repairs as promised.

Howard called & came out, fixed the problem I had with water & my liner. My Pool was less than 1 year old and my pool people "Richard and Associates Pools" (Rick Yarber) had left me in a BIG mess. Many Promises and NO ACTION. Howard and the boys got all the water from behind my liner (took 1 hour). The next day they put in a sump pump to pull the water from under my liner.........Great job and great guys. Big job for them and they cleaned up everything as if no one had been there. THANKS TO HOWARD; THE BOYS AND PLEASANT POOLS FOR SOLVING OUR CRISIS IN A QUICK AND EFFICIENT MANNER!!!!!! The Holliday's..............

The price was as quoted. The service was prompt and effective. The puddle of water from the leak in the pool was gone before the repairman got his tools loaded back in the truck. The patch could have been better, but considering the pool water temp had dropped to well below 70 degrees, he couldn't have done anything else without getting in the water.
