"I originally had an Energy Audit from another contractor. The recommended upgrading my attic insulation by about doubling it. I asked GoodLife Energy for a competitive quote. Their representative came and inspected the insulation in place, as well as found a couple of batts of unrolled fiberglass. Asked if I would be comfortable unrolling insulation myself, and I said that I certainly would. Informed me that for about 1/10th the cost of him installing blown-in insulation, I could just buy a bit more batting at the local home store, and install it myself. You know that he is an honest contractor when he gives you that advice. Recommend!"

"I hired Mkans to spray foam insulate a crawlspace beneath a cold room in a house I bought. A different contractor told me it was too small a job for them, and I should get the foam from Home Depot and do it myself. Not the worst suggestion, but I decided to hire a pro. Cesar responded immediately, came that afternoon to do an estimate, his price was very fair, and he put me in his schedule for a few days later. The crew showed up on time, did GREAT work in a difficult tight space, and completeld the job in almost exactly as long as they predicted. Who could ask for more?! Cesar and his crew were all very nice and friendly. I felt great about the choice and a few days later, absolutely no problems at all.
