Comment: We have one section of guttering on the back of the house that appears to be pulling very slightly away from the structure- inspection shows that the gutter nails are somewhat bent. The gutters are fine, just need to be more tightly affixed. Additionally, we have 1-2 seams that leak very slightly. And finally, we just painted the house and are replacing the downspouts. We have the materials for this task, though discovered the 1st issue above and thought we'd solicit estimates for installing 4 downspouts in addition to the above repairs.
