The work was done satisfactorily. The job took longer than expected. Weather played a factor in delaying work. There were several days, however, when we thought they would work and no one showed up. Communication could have been better. Clean up could have been better.

I just had ARC finish off a room in my basement as an office , do some painting, and some repair on a few window sills. I would highly recommend ARC to any of my friends. I felt the price was reasonable--everything was broken down and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Paul did all of the work,was here when he said he would be here, was neat, and did a great job. All of the guys were easy to work with and checked into see how things were progressing. If I had questions either Jason or Colby were easy to get in touch with. It was nothing but a positive experience and if I have any future projects I will be calling them. All of the ratings would be a 5.

They were very through in initially determining the real issues; they fixed the issues and did what I consider to be a professional job.
