I liked the service, I hate this survey.
Salamanca, NY
Semi-Finished basement with floor heating (water lines) that were not mapped on the building blueprints presented a significant problem. Company agreed to purchase a thermal imagery camera to mark the drilling location through the basement floor safely without damaging any of the heating components. Penetrating the outside wall included going through 4" brick, 6" reinforced concrete, 6" rigid insulation, and interior drywall.) The technician (James) didn't flinch although it was a cold, rainy February day in upstate NY. James was great to work with, and a definite asset to the company.

first appointment was cancelled day-of due to the installer's family emergency. the second appointment went succesfully, but took all day (job estimate was 3hours..). THe work seems good, and the installer did his best to hide things for aesthtic purposes. I still need to retest the levels to confirm the system does what is supposed to do. I will re-vise the rating if the system does not perform as expected.
