I was using another contractor before who left me hanging. They rodded out the sewer line, video camera'd to see where it was broken and said they would send me a proposal. After 10 days, I never got the proposal and called them asking about it. The girl told me she would check into it and call me right back. She never did. I called Reliance and talked to Alex. He came out right away and gave me a proposal in minutes. Reliance got the permit and did the work quickly. I would recommend them without hesitation.
