"Hector from DEF Electric came out on a Sunday initially when part of my electric was out including my refrigerator. When other companies wanted over $100 to come out after hours, Hector charged me nothing to evaluate what was wrong and that it was an FPL issue. That is integrity. Due to that and good knowledge, I hired his company again to fix another electric issue I had to protect the large wires outside and also to place a shut off box outside as well. They kept in touch with me the whole time, and were prompt on the day they said they would be there as well as doing a great job fixing my issue.
