"Their work is so good, I was actually FLOORED! The response time was beyond fast when I posted a request on Angi, and was even able to schedule a bid for the project the same day. Alfonso and George stopped by and inspected the small outdoor patio and adjoining guest room that I wanted to remove the carpet and replace with terra cotta tile. We purchased the house from a flipper, and had no idea what lay under the squeeking carpet. The charge to level the room for the tile was lower than we expected. The bid was right on point and their craftsmanship and professionalism was top notch. The first call I made was actually answered by a real person who promised that the estimator would arrive that same morning. Bill showed up at the time expected and prepared a formal proposal based on exactly what I wanted - which was basic cosmetic work. I sincerely appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me a fancier/pricier solution. On the first day of service, I expanded the scope of work to include replacement of the shower fixtures.
