Ken responded immediately to my request through this site. He came to my place of residence inspected the work to be performed, provided well discussed options for me to consider and then emailed a detailed quotation for me to review and approve. The work was started ahead of his anticipated start time bu a very friendly and professional crew. The retaining wall was completed on time, within budget and it looks EXCELLENT.
