The sales staff and the installation crew were very good. We initially had some issues with the installation project manager, but in the end all issues were resolved effectively. We love our roof. It has provided a good topper on our old house. It's very attractive and has helped lower our electric bills to some degree. The cost is a little high, but considering the fact that I will not need to replace it for the remainder of our lives, it justifiable. All told, we are extremely pleased with the whole project.

First was my great experince with the phone consultant whose name I still remember even though it has been a year since my roof was replaced. Next the estimate and actual cost were the same and over $10,000 dollars less then other estimates. Third was the work period which was a week but the workers were here at 7AM and stayed until after 5 constantly working. And now after a year the roof looks wonderful and we have had absolutely no problems. I have recommended them to many people

Everyone was very professional and polite. When I had a question they answered it with 24 hours. Even though their office is on the coast, the trip across the state was no problem for them, they made me feel as if I were next door.
