Rob is very knowledgeable about fixing leaks in the basement and repairing anything in the house. I strongly recommend him to anyone who has a house problem that needs fixing.

Dave came out gave a very detailed description (verbal and in writing) of what needed to be done. He was polite, courteous and gave me a fair price. He also gave me a very reasonable time line of completion. I have not yet committed to Dave at this time, butt after speaking with 3 other contractors....he will be the one to get the job.

Rob Ryder with DryLock Systems repaired gaping cracks in my foundation, installed functional drains in my basement floor, and reconfigured my sump pump after I'd had a huge flood in my basement. The cause of the flood was not at all what I had imagined, and Rob did an excellent job thoroughly and clearly explaining why my drainage systems were failing & what needed to be changed. He has a lifetime of experience as a professional home builder, and works with his sons--the opposite of a giant faceless business. I feel very confident in the work he did on my house & am happy to know that I can always contact him if I have questions or problems.
