Joe was prompt for all his appointment times and responsive to all of my queries by phone and email. When the wall demo revealed plumbing problems not anticipated in my initial estimate, he was realistic in giving me a range of additional costs the repair might entail, and also went the extra mile to try and find a replacement part for cost savings. He also stepped in to help when a gutter was damaged by high winds and the roof started leaking after a storm, both of which happened between the time of my original unrelated project estimate and the day he finished the project. I would definitely contact Cambridge again for future projects.
