Dennis came to my rescue with a set of retractable screen doors on a vacation rental I manage. Although he had never repaired a set of retractable screen doors, his attitude was "I haven't found anything yet that I can't fix". He commuted an hr. each way to the property, and he was able to fix the screen doors on site. Because of his level expertise, he was able to complete the project at a reasonable cost. I intend to use him for future projects on the Hamakua Coast as they arise.

Mr Rigby was professional, punctual and courteous. I will hire him again for future projects. At customer's request, Mr. Rigby was able to provide flexibility in scheduling, and showed some creativity when we did not get all of the proper components for the cabinets.

The work was what we expected from a master craftsman, excellent. Dennis also gave us options as the job progressed, both in materials and cost. Our new deck is a wonderful spot to relax and my wife just loves her new kitchen. As Dennis said, the remodeling of the kitchen will be a hardship on our part and he was right. We got tired of eating out or washing dishes in the bath tub. They were on the job everyday or Dennis would be getting supplies. Overall, we are enjoying his craftsmanship and wished we could use him for more work but a medical problem came up so funds had to be diverted. Thank you Dennis. Nelson Ahia
