Plumber showed up on time and completed the small project as requested by our home inspector. The work was professional and I am satisfied with job. After the job was completed and I had given over my credit card information I was told the job was going to be almost double the price of the quote. I understand that sometimes jobs go over budget, but a phone call would have been nice to inform me of the increase. Overall, they do good work.

Owner called &felt he knew what 2do. My cost: $200-$300. Tech was on time. Owner's idea wasn't going 2work. Tech decided on loose toilet flange fix. I had 99% of needed materials on hand. After 2 1/2 hrs Tech done. Said he would return in 3 days 2finish. Wanted $304.50 for 2day. (WOW! &only 1/2 done!) Said next cost would be minimal. All he had 2do was set the commode. 2nd trip lasted 75 min. "Minimal" bill: $219! Tot: 523.50. [$36 parts (3 wax rings &2 bolts) -Labor $367.50 (3.75 hrs) -2 Service calls $120. {Professional, educated, polite, clean & respectful of property. Did great repair, but (MY opinion) very slow causing labor charge 2soar

Very nice repairmen and good work done. Naturally I didn't want to spend so much money but it was necessary!
