John Smith,owner, was couteous,thouhtful, and thorough. I explained my problem and he offered realistic solutions to my problem. Financial terms were reasonable and our contract fully explained. I had the opportunity to ask any /all questions I had. Options for changes ( either party) were explained in detail. I am totally satisfied with the work and the clean-up.
