it was easy to get free quote. Representative was nice and very knowledgeable. We were able to negotiate price within reasonable limits and got good price for quality of carpet with installation. Installation team showed up a little late, but did good fast work and finished the job. Overall, would definitely hire them again.

When the rep came to talk about the crpet and show me samples,John was friendly and down to earth, he showed me the padding, explain every thing to me. Made it very easy for me, so he left me with all the infomation, when i was ready to begin my project to call and we can get the ball rolling, the price was fantastic, I did have another company come by but the qulitiy wasn't good, the price to high. so i went with Smart Carpet.Though it was after the snow storm They were only a half hour later which was understandable, they were quick and finished very fast, they cleaned up which made it easy for me.Thank you and the stairs looks great!
