Comment: No dial tone inside the house. Dial tone at the interface box on the wall outside at which point the utility ends their responsibility. We just moved in. It is a duplex condo with the interface box on the neighbor's side of building and wiring probably running from neighbor's side. The neighbor does not have a dial tone either- but they do not use land line phone.
