They responded immediately to my bid request. They did an excellent clean-up job at a very reasonable price. Their customer service was excellent. They arrived on time and finished in the time they had estimated. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely call them again.

Jason, was the gentleman sent to do our bathroom, He was kind, courteous, professional, and a hard worker, We would HIGHLY recommend Marblelife to any and all.

When Jason came to our house to give us an estimate he was suppose to arrive at 7:00pm. He did arrive until 7:25. I did not have a phone number for him, but he did have 2 of my phone numbers. He did not call to let us know he would be late. On the day of the job, he was suppose to be at my house at 7:00am, so I could let him into my house before I left for work. He called me at 6:45am to let me know that he slept in and his alarm didn't go off. He would not be there until at least 8:00am. I think that when you are working directly with customers you need to be customer friendly and try to fulfill your obligations of arriving on time.
