Mike was awesome. Arrived on time was professional and courteous. We had planned a cable run that would require a drywall patch, but he discovered he could do it without opening the wall with a little extra work, so he did that for me at no additional charge. Would absolutely recommend!

I was impressed by their exemplary level of professionalism. Prior to selecting Echo Solutions, I considered less expensive options through Craigslist; however, after speaking with a number of these options, I was unimpressed and uncomfortable with their lack of professional communication. The team from Echo Solutions mounted and connected my flat screen with extraordinary care and precision. They were methodical and careful while performing the work and I never had the impression they were rushed to complete the job. They refused to leave until I was completely satisfied with the positioning and angle of the mount.
