Due to COVID our project lasted several months because we couldn’t get appliances delivered. Jimmy was patient and helpful throughout the process and offered a suggestion for where I was finally able to find something in stock. I also want to say that the strength of any service provider is dependent on the people who come into your home. All the guys who did the work were great and Manual as the lead was a pleasure to work with. His work ethic was a blessing and he always was courteous and pleasant. Anytime I had a concern or question both Jimmy and Manual were clearly committed to our complete satisfaction. To be honest, in the beginning I was very concerned about a guarantee for the work.
