Comment: Front yard is overgrown and full of high maintenace plantings that demand weeding and pruning at different times. Would like to tear out quite a few plants including mature roses (salvage 2 or 3 of them) and replace approximate 8x10 rose garden with lawn. There is existing irrigation that could need a new zone - not sure. Simplify landscape close to house by laying more lawn full width of house. Add several small evergreens, complete task with bark dust. Job also include spring clean up of similarly disastrous back yard, no changes there except bark dust, a couple of light extra tasks as well. Possible pruning of magnolia tree growing too close to the house, and too robustly on one side, making it vulnerable in ice storms.
