Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had birds building a nest in the vent from our stove. He took care of everything in a timely manner and smartly covered our outside opening to prevent further problems; the birds are now nesting somewhere else! We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has a similar problem.

Comment: There are birds nesting in the attic, they are making noise at night. The side if the house has bird droppings on it around the vents by the roof.
