Comment: This is for a mexican restaurant in Gateway Eco District of Portland. On the exterior walls the dining areas are essentially wall to ceiling windows that are very old and have old tint film on them that is peeling away. The framing is metal. We are looking into finding an appropriate solution to upgrade the windows: replacement and tinting are the main options so far. These areas in the restaurant are very hot in summer & cold in winter. Energy efficiency is the main goal, we want to achieve energy savings on their utility bills.
