Comment: This is new construction, the phone wiring is laid in the walls but not hooked up to anything. The work I need done is to wire up and make ready a phone box on the outside of the house. I have a VOiP phone connection ready to go, and was told I could run that signal to the phone jacks throughout the house if the phone box was wired up appropriately.
