General Contractors in Potomac, MD (Maryland)

Basically the job was completed on time, despite 2 major snowstorms holding things up. No structural work, but we had 2 bathrooms gutted and retiled/refloored, lots of painting and some trim work. There was pretty much only one guy doing the whole job (Mark F., who was WONDERFUL! and had a GREAT ATTITUDE!) but my biggest issue was the paint job, which I'd grade about a B-/C+. I found Joe to be up-front guy who didn't nickel and dime me to death and who was responsive and knowledgeable..

We are very pleased with the job that Artery Homes did for us and would definitely recommend them highly. They were very professional and the job was done right and on time (and within budget). Artery Homes replaced the existing front porch on our 1920-1930 house with a new porch on half of the front of the house and enclosed the other half as part of an extension of our existing living room. I really appreciated that they were able to achieve what we had said that we wanted, mostly that the enclosure does not look like it was "added on" from the inside or the outside. We used AROCON which gave the best offer in terms of cost and quality. We have not been disappointed with this choice. Their work is top-notch and beyond reproach. They hire employees or a series of subcontractors, each of whom are experts in their field and do magnificent work. AROCON, even more than the members of my family, would not tolerate any imperfections. For example, the floor was power-washed to remove paint and dirt stains from the construction stages. The molding or trim bulged a bit in two areas, and this they repaired before requiring the final payoff. We are extremely happy with all they have done and recommend them heartily.
