Comment: Existing retaining wall is breaking/leaning forward. It runs parallel with curb along street. Need to repair or replace. The dirt that it retains is sloped up to the house. Would like to "de-slope" it a bit by moving some of the dirt that it is retaining so we can put an shorter wall in and make a lesser pitch so the lawn will be easier to mow on a flatter/less sloped pitch.

Comment: I had alot of damage done from guys next door when they lifted their house because of cracks and also 2 years later they connected their gutters to one area and that area was in their ground facing my house. I now have found sinkholes and hollow grounds every where which made alot of water come in my basement and flood it two differant times..... So the work I need is My pool taken down and moved to another area then the ground dug up and packed down to fill any voids. then all the land landscaped where all the hollow grounds were which this area is about 40 by 30 feet. All cement done on One 25 foot walkway and a set of back stairs that goes in the house. one 15 to 20 foot retaing wall with a set of staris going down a lower level in my yard and a big 30ft by 5 foot retaining cement wall
