The entire team was great to work with - Jeremy was on-site much of the time (project lead) and Josh (President) also stopped by a few times to make sure things were going smoothly. They did a very professional job and took care of fixing drywall, and re-painting a number of different areas. Would definitely have them back for future jobs.

My overall experience with NC Custom Construction was very good, I would without hesitation use them again and recommend them to others. The only two areas I think they could use some improvement: 1) Week-to-week communication, briefly touching base with the homeowner at the beginning or end of each week with the expectations for the coming week would go a long way. This was done on occassion but was not done consistently. 2) Some improvement could be made on what I'll call the project wrap-up. There was not really a formal walk through and no formal opportunity to create a punch list of outstanding items. It would have also been a more professional touch to bring in a professional cleaner as a part of the project wrap-up. I believe the above are minor improvements that could be made to make an already very professional and polished organization even better.

Paragon was very professional. They were excellent to work with and even when we ran into a problem, they bent over backward to work with me to fix everything to my complete satisfaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
