Comment: The window lock point tips at the top of the window that hold the window in the track are broken and unless you lock the window in the middle with the two latches it is loose and not sealed properly and could fill backwards. These are operated by the two hole latches at the top which you use when dropping the window top to wash or clean. The windows where installed Jan 30, 2001. I believe we have a lifetime warranty.
