The person who contacted me was extremely knowledgeable about everything concerning water heaters and a pleasure to deal with. The technician who came to do an estimate was courteous and looked for any way that he could accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install new water heating of any kind.

Was very pleased with the work that was finally done. Only disappointment with the company was that when they said they would be there between 8-10am they didn't arrive until noon and no one called to say they would be late. The second time they were not on time but I had given direction to start the project even if I were not at home. They were finished by the time I returned home.

Excellent customer service and quality work. They also have electrical systems expertise and were able to fill in for an electrician that didn't show up.
