The serviceman David was courteous and efficient; and he quickly diagnosed the problem (fortunately, not the compressor!) Parts were ordered and installed the very next day. The service price was very reasonable, which was offset by the service call fee. Very reliable company. I've already shared Home Systems' phone number with several neighbors."

"It was either get our wall microwave repaired ($200 part) or buy a new one for $1400. We thought we would try the part first. Mr. Darnell Whitt was our technician who analyzed what the problem was and he was very courteous, and explained he did not want to just "rip" the microwave off the wall, as it was a professional install during our kitchen remodel. He left that day, and we had it taken down the very next day. We called Mr. Appliance back and they were out here the very next day and made the repair! So did not have to wait long at all. I will save Mr. Darnell Whitt's card in case I need him again, I will request him by name to Mr. Appliance Customer Service. Wonderful, polite person as well as knowledgeable. Thank you so much! You don't realize how much you miss your microwave!"
