Very friendly and professional. The Pro used a standard inspection sheet that provided a thorough check of the entire system. He explained each step, replaced the filters (no extra charge) and once the cracked heat exchangers were found determined whether furnace was still under warranty. He provided a standard quote for the repairs and stated that they would submit warranty paperwork for refund. As a small company, it was tough to get an appointment, but worth the wait.
