When Mike was done and walked out the door, we thought, "Five stars!" Then we went in the bathroom, where a ceiling panel lends access to the furnace, and we were let down. Mike left several black hand prints on the panel and paint chips all over the floor that had flaked off from the panel and ceiling. We heard Mike vacuuming up in the crawl space. He had a vacuum in his hand when he walked out the door. Why not take a few seconds to vacuum up the mess on the bathroom floor and wipe your hand prints off the ceiling panel? We had an inspector up there a couple weeks prior and he left no mess. Otherwise, Mike was great.
